How to Manifest I

Wie man manifestiert

The word "manifesting" is now well-known and no longer unusual. I think that's good, but the mainstream approach carries the risk of viewing it too superficially.

Manifesting means consciously "attracting" desired situations or things into reality, using various techniques.

But: that's just the tip of the iceberg. It's often forgotten that we are always manifesting – every moment, whether you're aware of it or not. Your feelings, thoughts, and actions (which become habits through repetition) form the mechanism that steers your boat, meaning your reality, in a certain direction.

Take the example of "stress": You wake up in the morning and think, "Damn, I overslept." Immediately, you switch from a peaceful sleep state to stress mode. Your body, like a well-trained animal, reacts to it: your heart starts beating faster, your stomach clenches, and like a well-rehearsed orchestra, body and mind work together perfectly. More stressful thoughts follow: "I have nothing to wear, it takes me 45 minutes to get to work, the traffic jam, my boss will kill me..." Then things often happen that reinforce the feeling – a stain on your outfit, an unexpected detour on the way to work. We all know such situations.

We gladly take credit for the beautiful things in our lives, but everything negative, that couldn't possibly have been caused by us, could it?

When you start with conscious manifesting, it quickly becomes clear: things don't just happen with a snap of your fingers. We live our lives 5% consciously, but 95% from unconscious behavior patterns, thoughts, and belief systems. Imagine a ship where only 5% is visible above the water and 95% is below. Do you really think you could steer it? Or wouldn't it rather sink? This is how we move through life: we want things to come to us effortlessly, but please without any extra work.

Now you have a choice: Would you rather steer a boat that is visible and stable on the water, or the one in the example above?

This metaphor is meant to illustrate what expectations we have of ourselves and our reality. It's not just nice to want a good life – it's necessary. But it also requires honesty with yourself and a willingness to confront yourself. If we are the ship and most of it is unknown to us, it's no wonder that many feel helpless.

Conscious manifesting should be fun – but that only works if you know yourself: if you know what emotions you feel daily, what triggers you, what you think about most of the time, and how you behave. Only then can you recognize what works and replace the things that don't. You will shed unnecessary baggage and experience great success in manifesting.

In the end, you'll realize that it's not about the things themselves, but about the emotions you assume lie behind them.
